My career life was excitingly full with adventurous chapters the moment I volunteered to take over developer role from retired and resigned colleagues in order to save my department life stake.

'Nothing is Impossible'. With zero knowledge in IT field, I initiatively took the challenge by investing myself private programming classes, travel to meet experienced developers for personal tutor, practicing and learning the code effortlessly. Now I am proudly taking over additional role as main database and server coordinator, with hands-on experts in application system development (PHP, Oracle SQL, Tableau, PowerBI). I'm summarizing my roles for easier reference.

Department Main System Administrator -Lead, managed, and developed multiple manufacturing applications and systems per user's requirement. Involved in CAMSTAR transition preparation for department.

AMP Department FMEA Champion & Leader – lead and managed PFMEA, Error Prevention for test department. Coordinated the migration into FMEA AIAG conversion.

Department Audit Champion & Leader - Coordinated multiple customer/GMA/IATF audits for Test department, results passed without any findings or failures.

CAMSTAR Migration Core Team Members – Major involvement with plantwide CAMSTAR team (Taiwan, Kaohsiung, Bangkok, Tianjin, US, India) for smooth CAMSTAR migration. Department Coordinator for applications support and SWE changes towards CAMSTAR version.

AMP Test Department SWE Leader- Lead department in SWE management as SWE Champion advisor by managing, controlling, and improving SWE documents using quality and statistical tool analysis.

AMP Test J750/UP1600 OEE Advisor - Advised and analyze for OEE loss under operator assist.

Managed and controlled documentations and OCAPs. Established SWE of handling process using quality and statistical tool analysis (3x5Why, DMAIC, FMEA, 6 Sigma). Developed multiple applications and systems to minimize manual process using PHP, CSS, SQL Server.

Improved OEE loss consistently by leading team to minimize OEE loss.

FMEA leader for AMP and Super5S leader for six quarters.

Audits coordination (IATF, ISO, internal, 5S). Champion on lots on hold reduction in Summary and Test Escape, Knowledgeable in leaded and ball product defects (BGA, LQFP, etc).
